08. Electrical | New Homes by Lennar

by Wade Morris Dunwoody Realtor on June 28th, 2011

Your electrical system is another major component of your new Lennar home. It doesnt require much maintenance, but does require knowledge of the parts and a keen awareness of the danger of electricity and how to stay safe. This section covers GFCIs (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters), switched outlets, smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors, and pre-wiring. Use of these items, including how to reset the breaker, testing GFCIs, and maintenance of Carbon Monoxide and smoke detectors is discussed.

Hi itscool1968 and thank you for taking the time to watch our video and comment on it. The video was produced a couple of years ago and the regulation that you are mentioning was not effective back then.
