Grand Homes in Dallas, selling new homes in new communities, how much do sales people make?

I will be interviewing with Grand Homes about a sales position, I cant find any information about selling new homes as a sort of leasing agent, but not a realtor. What is the usual pay structure, is it salary plus commission, commission, draws or what? I would like to know before I commit to an interview, which I may have to do either way.
what company do u work for, what was your experience to get the job?
