I need to know about these Townhomes and what does ur credit have to be like to move in?
They are in Canton, Mi and they are called Fordham Green Townhomes. I just been building my credit n ppl checking it is causing it to lower. So please can any one give me an idea what they look at n what ur score needs to be? Thank you.

When it comes to renting every landlord has their own equation of what it necessary. Very rarely is approval based solely upon a credit score. When your credit is checked landlords are looking to see if you are paying your bills on time and to see who you owe and how much you owe them. Generally landlords require you to make a minimum or 2.5-3 times the monthly rent each month and even then they will cross reference income info with credit info to make sure everyone can get paid. Ultimately you will have to ask them, or apply to get the true answer to your question.
