Is it like the US where I can call a real estate agency, tell them what I’m looking for, and they’ll take me around to see homes? If so, how do I find a real estate agency. I’m in Jeddah..

Jeddah is probably the same as Riyadh. In Riyadh, you just drive around and see what area you want to live in, then you find the closest real estate office. There are many in each area of town. I don’t really know how else you can find out about new homes for sale.
well im not familiar with Jeddah, but there are realestate agencies all over Saudi.. Ask someone or have your husband try to find out, some local agencies and they will show you whats listed in the areas you are interested in.
Also like she said above.. you can just drive around in the neighborhoods you like and most will have a sign posted out front of the homes that are up for lease and a phone number of the agency to contact..
You may find alot of agencies in town.
