Looking to move from McDonough to Dunwoody/Sandy Springs?

I currently live on the southside in McDonough but I want to move to the Dunwoody Sandy Springs area. Are there any reasonably priced condos, or lofts in the area. How are property taxes in Fulton and DeKalb? I really like the location because it is easily accesible to MARTA, and nightlife scene is good. I haven’t had time to talk to a realtor, and I am just wanting some information about the area. Your inputs and answers will help! Thanks
