Is this the same development where the guys went bankrupt and fled town leaving many unpaid bills? If so, the houses have been half built and left open to the elements for over 6 months. Our newly elected board of supervisors is facing a grand jury investigation for misconduct regarding some builders campaign contributions and inflated property values (amongst other things) right now! Try selling property in Charles City. It’s easier and a lot more honest.
