I live here. Well, I live close here. I live in Desert Hot Springs. Haha.
@MrThemeParkAudios Both sound great! We’ll try them next time we’re in town.
Out of all the restaurants I have been to in Palm Springs, my fav is the Jackalope restaurant in La Quinta (same owners as Babe’s). It has a nice patio area and great food. Another good one is Stuft Pizza in La Quinta.
So does the whole West side of the USA, I just love all zones: Utah, Texas, California, all are simply amazing,
Ahh. I love palm springs. Its just a beautiful place at night, the breeze and all that, im glad i live there.
@Scampbell32 Oh, yes!
people refer to it as a desert…is it like that?
@Scampbell32 Plenty of clubs, but it’s about 2 hours from Hollywood.
I do as well.
One thing you guys forgot to mention was Soak City but it isnt that great haha.
Well, my parents have a vaction home there and I am 18. I go there quite often. Lets just say it is UNGODLY expensive to own a house there. We do live on a golf course so maybe thats why. Nobody works there so I cant tell you about that. But it is VERY expensive for a decent size house.
@flyboybgs
Ha ha! Okay! =]
Shhh! Don’t tell everyone how wonderful it is to live here. Let’s keep it our little secret!
Depends on your price range, and what type of work you do. Some jobs are easier to get there than others… Hopefully someone on this comment board can help you out!
Is there such a thing as a nice , safe , affordable place to live near Palm springs California where a husband and wife could live and work or is it unattainable for the average bear ?Thanks

It’s great! We’re going back soon before it gets too hot. Going to check out the Riviera next!
Thank you, I LOVE Palm Springs !
Mmmm. Sounds good! I was just in Rancho Mirage yesterday visiting the Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa. My parents discovered a nice little Mexican place called La Casita in Cathedral City. They were raving about it! I’ll have to try Las Casuelas next time!
