“SAM” is an intelligent guy, but it’s now realized that a house is only worth what someone will pay for it.

I’m now seeing this happening witthin wealthier communitities (i.e. Pasadena, Alhambra, BelmontShore, SealBeach, HuntingtonBeach, etc..)
In fact, now in BelmontShore, many of the “haves” are now becoming the “have nots”.

    Welcome to the club.

We have what was to be a high end subdivision development in our county. Some bought near $1m homes when it first started, but then the newer homes built where smaller and where section 8. Now those with the high end homes can’t sell them for even half what they paid. It’s amazing how this type of zoning can take place. This is in the Atlanta, GA metro area.

Your Country is going into the toilet and it’s all a planned Spectator Event that will be Broadcasted live on Cable TV in stereo.. It’s only fake money printed by the Federal Reserve anyways……I’m sure more money get diverted into Pentagon Black Budget projects and all kinds of stuff we don’t know about……

the U$A is run by parasitical fascist yuppies so it’s not people on welfare really milking the country dry, that is a diversion from the real issues, diversionary tactics to keep you confused…We give out more Corporate Welfare than welfare to the people….I’d rather have a crackhead in a Section 8 apt. smoking $500 worth of rock every week then pay for a $500 bomb to kill some people with or pay to bail out some scumbag corporation….

    30% is on Human Resources,
but 51% is spent on Military….

    23% [past military] + 28% [current military] =51%

    General Government =13%

    Physical Resources =6%

30% on Human Resources isn’t enough, if you want to see more Crime and more Chaos then Welfare Reform and cutbacks are a great way to make this country worse….If you cut off food stamps people will steal their food instead….If you stop housing people in Section 8 housing then there will be more tent cities and homeless people.

I’ll give you credit that the gov does spend more on the military, around 36%. However, it spends 30% on human resources which includes welfare, this takes up the second largets part in expenses. So to make the claim that welfare is insignificant is outlandish. The only way which we can prosper is to start producing instead of giving handouts.

This guy making these videos is just a grumpy Yuppie idiot that only has a third grade economic education…This is all deliberate. The government is turning the world into what it is today. The government are leeches.Stop complaining about people on welfare and public assistance, the amount of tax dollars that goes toward stuff like Welfare is insignificant compared to what they spend on war and controlling everyone….Class War !!!! The Only War Worth Fighting!!!!

Serious welfare reform is the answer. Many Section 8 tenants make a career off of milking the system. The cure is to require Section 8 voucher recipients — or welfare recipients in general — to actually apply for work weekly and turn in each place they’ve applied to. Then mandate these lazy ex-welfare caseworkers to follow-up and verify. Secondly, mandate these deadbeats to neighborhood cleanup or some other form of public service in exchange for free rent.

Section 8 housing is the most evil thing in real estate ever. Don’t get a job, don’t have earned income or you will lose your section 8 status. How can communities fight it as it moves in?

The real secert to losing weight and feeling better is stop drinking “cabonated water” products like coke and pepsi. It stops back problems and joint problems. The carbonation is real bad for your digestive tract and bones.
