So the Dunwoody area in Atlanta is a very nice area to live?
I saw some listings for apartments through Post Properties in the Dunwoody section of Atlanta. Looks very nice
I was wondering . . . . is it “very nice” in Dunwoody or just “nice”? (Pardon me for “digging”, I’m just trying to get an idea of how nice it is in the area, that’s all).
Also, I went onto apartmentratings.com where they write reviews of apartment complexes. I notice in every apartment complex, no matter what, there is always someone complaining about something & that makes the whole complex look bad. They’ll even go as far as to say “dont rent from this place!!”.
From what I saw in the listings for apartments in Dunwoody, it looked pretty darn nice. Then I read the reviews and a couple of people had bad things to say. Most of the people had good things to say though
So . . . can anyone tell me just how nice it is in Dunwoody? Thanks.

I think it is
It is nice, get a apartment in the Windsor complex they are sweet.
It is a very nice , busy ,rich area. Great for young singles. It is a great place to live. I lived on Roswell road and rented a condo. It was great and the most fun I ever had.
My friend lived in that area and he loved it.

I’m from Dunwoody and it’s one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Atlanta. People say Buckhead is nice, but it’s no Dunwoody. Dunwoody has great schools, entertainment, shopping that’s beginning to rival Buckhead and not to mention no crime whatsoever, unlike Buckhead. There are three Marta stations in and around the Dunwoody area that can take you anywhere you need to go in Atlanta, if need be. Houses typically range from anywhere from 500k – 2 mil. Perimeter Mall area is also very up and coming, very yuppie.
Check around on craigslist for apartments —> http://atlanta.craigslist.org/apa/346845595.html
I was raised in Dunwoody and it is one of the nicer suburbs in all of Atlanta. It is a predominently white middle-class area w/ lots of neighborhoods. In the last 10 years, lots of apartment complexes have been going up, so it’s grow a LOT. Dunwoody village provides a wide selection of grocery, dining and other stores. I can’t say much on a specific apartment complex, i imagine that the naysayers would be more vocal on a comment section. Not many satified tentets would take the time to get on the net and write a glowing review. Dunwoody is a great place to raise a family.
I think the Sandy Springs & Dunwoody area is pretty nice. Also Post Properties are always a good company to go with. In Atlanta they are considered/graded an A property. I would say if you can go check the place out for yourself & decide… but on the most part it is a safe area, still close to the city….. Good Luck
Dunwoody is one of the nicest areas in Atlanta. You are safe there and the Post properties in Atlanta are always well maintained (if kind of pricey).
