Where can I find a contract for the sale of a new home in Kentucky?
I do not have a real estate license, but I want the contract to comply with any and all Kentucky laws regarding new home sales.

You can find one at your local library or try an office supply store.
Go to a book store or online and purchase one of the programs that offer the forms for real estate.Example Carton Sheets,Financial Health Coach,Russ Whitney etc. Good Luck..Oh go to Isoldmyhouse.com also have forms available.
Every new home builder has a for sale contract because he does that every day. He is very unlikely to have a contract for sale type which doesn’t transfer title until the last penny is paid but nothing down. That is used for older homes when a reliable renter might buy it later. Most contracts are called a sales contract which results in a transfer of title.
Go to a broker and ask for a copy, or go to the board of realtors in your area (or the state) title company. With out any agency on your side, you may think the best thing : go to a lawyer and have them draft you a copy. Plus, you have a person who knows the law. Real Etsate is very tricky with contracts and people are sued all the time. Don’t buy them from Home Depot for instance. It is just a general form which does not protect the seller 100%.
Good luck.
