The best way is to find a club near you. Look at the sources below. I found 5 in Georgia. If none are near you, check the local high schools and boy scout troops The often launch rockets.
The last source is TARC Team America Rocket Challenge for high school students. Look to see if any high schools near you are listed.
If all else fails contact the local fire deptment. They may know of a safe place to launch.
